i dont want them to keep sending me this stuff! How do I unsubscribe? (i have serious issues so i need a detailed description) Thanks!

The only thing that I can think of is that you could send them a post card whith your name, and address and tell them that you want to unsubscribe! I hope that helps you somewhat!
