I accidently dropped my zen

Question

i accidently dropped my zen into the water and when i rebooted it a screen showing recovery mode i accidently erased the filmware i am trying to hook it to a computer and it keeps going off how do i stop it from going off when i plug it into the computer and how do i reinstall the filmware
