I accidently scratched my lower leg, a bit above the ankle with glass and now I just notice a bump there,?

it happened a little over three weeks ago, and its bruised, why is that?

it's possible that you got a little chunk of glass stuck in there. It's no big deal, like all wounds, it will heal, if you don't want the glass in there, then you may have to remove it yourself.

It is probably trying to block infection by packing it up with blood cells. Or it is infected. It will heal, but if it gets worse, ask somebody what to do. :)

you may just have a small infection. I would see a doctor if it is sore and raised into a lump because you may need a tetinus shot. but, if not you may have a little fiber of glass irritating that area of skin. if you do then you need to either wash it out with soap and warm water or if it's big enough grab it out with tweezers. after you get the glass out disinfect the area with some neosporin.well, i hope it all works out for you.

its probably from the scar healing there. that's kind of a weird spot, so the scar was being moved around all the time.
