He said that Politicians families are off limit's especially children, to leave Palin's daughter alone. He also pointed out that his mother had him as a teen. Why can't everyone else have this attitude?

  1. I don't, you can bet that ruthless scum bag has a hand in this. I would bet my life on it. And the people who support him are a reflection of him. So if they behave badly, so does he. It's all good. Because of all of this, I have recruited 20 more Democrats to vote Republican. So keep it coming losers.

  2. Actually, Obama has behaved quite admirably all weekend, and I can't believe I wrote that!

He was asking his contributors to help the Hurricane victims and he pleaded with all those in the danger area to get out so they would be safe. And there was a sincerity in his voice I never heard before.

Then he is trying to call off all the nasty attack dogs who are going for a young girl in trouble.

For the first time, I like Barry, maybe just a little.

  3. I think the reason people are attacking Palin is because she is supposedly hung up on family values yet she is having problems in her own family...so it makes her sort of hypocritical.  Obama all the way !

  4. He said that because he doesn't want anyone looking into his own family life. He knows if that happens he's toast.

  5. I have that attitude, they shouldnt get into her life. it's unfortunate but really none of my business. I wish her and her baby he best

  6. I guess even in obama there is a little good.

  7. I definitely feel sorry for the daughter, espcially since it's her mother's election that is causing this.

Being broadcasted as "the knocked-up daughter of the Republican VP nominee" can't be fun as a teenager...I think Palin should have reconsidered being the nominee if she knew this was going to be brought to light during the election though. =( Doesn't seem fair.

  8. Seriously!

Thank you so much for pointing this out! I wish people would read this. I'm an Obama supporter, but this kind of national attention can't be easy on Bristol Palin.

  9. I agree contrary to what many  reps say obama is actually a good man.

  10. I wish this sentiment was more prevalent when everyone was bashing Michelle.

  11. Because to do so wouldn't make for good drama. But I think he did the right thing.

  12. I do have that same attitude because I had my daughter when I was 18.  We all fall short.  Leave the kids out of this.

  13. This man is so wonderful I'm sorry it has taken you this long to see what the rest of us see in him. I'm glad you listened to him rather that Rush or Fox cause they lie about him. You got just a glimpse of the Barack Obama he is always a class act.

  14. How gracious of him.  Of course it took him a couple of days to come up with that.  Plenty of time for his supporters and gossips to spread the slander.

How funny that they all now look like their political party emblem (the ***) since Palin has announced that her daughter is five and a half months pregnant and planning a wedding with the father of her child.  So much for their "Palin is really the grandmother" rant.

    How incredibly trashy they are.

Edit:  Know it all....you do not.  There is nothing hypocritical about having deep, abiding family values, yet having difficulties with your family or the direction a child of yours takes.  Why don't you invest in a dictionary and learn to use it?  Either that or don't use big words you do not understand.

Kay T....the attack was not that the girl was pregnant, it was that Palin's youngest child was actually the child of the daughter, a product of incest.  If you do not call THAT an attack, I don't know why not.

  15. I guess it's ok for Obama's family to be attacked, but not Palin's or Mccain's? I almost assumed that you had a logical mind...silly me. Minor or not, no ones family should be attacked. The girl is 17 and about to get married so, a child, she is not.

  16. he has to say that since he has two daughters otherwise questions will be thrown at him on what he would do in the case of Palin's daughter - which is a PIRVATE family matter and has to be left to them alone.

  17. agreed

  18. I agree. Personally I think I would like Obama but I just can't stand behind his politics.

  19. Barack has always had this position, it's just you were too caught up in being anti-Obama that you never paid attention.

ADD: to the person above, we've/ he's always done this. When a major storm came the last time, we were asked to help, this is what he's all about.

ADD: Michelle never said this country was mean and nasty, but you can't sweep under the rug the horrible things this country has done. America is not infallible.

  20. How could you, he is satisfied that enough damage has been done and he doesn't want to Republicans to look into his degenerate family?

  21. Why can't everyone else have this attitude?

I don't know.  I guess it's not as funny then.

Why couldn't everyone let things alone when people kept talking about the religion of Obama's parents?

Families should be left of out politics.  Unless your family member holds office or something like that.

I'm glad he's taking the high road.
