I agreed on a setelment from Liberty Mutral on may 14th and no money yet. can i do anything to get the money?

Go to your states government web site and locate the Department of Insurance. Each state has a regulatory agency that handles consumer complaints. Insurance law is not governed by federal law  so every state has different regulations. Do not deal with the insurance company directly because sometimes the will waste your time until the statute of limitations runs. The state agency will be able to handle your complaint appropriately.
