If I understand..and this is a tough one to understand..Your email doesn't work and you are worried about billing??

Try help pages if you are on a free email provider like yahoo or hotmail.If you pay for your email service contact them and ask them..there should be a 1-800 number if you can't use your email or borrow someone elses computer and email from there.
