  1. depends on the area, for example Abdoun is much more expensive than 7th circle. and that is more expensive than 4th Circle and that is more expensive than Jabal Amman. so its all up to space, location. there is a very nice area - Al yassmin. its nice, moderate and so on...however the average rent may start from 200 JD all the way up to 1000, 1$ = .71JD.
