  1. They are a Scam check dis out..

Hi, I am a 'manager trainee' for TrackFire International, just one of the scam companies Mark Mingolo has created under different names. I was suckered into believing that I with little training could make atleast 4000$ a month as an office manager for this company. I have recently found out what a scam and con this whole deal is. Mark is nothing but a s*****k that needs to be taught once and for all that he will not longer be able to get away with this. He is pocketing 90% of the sales from his office and 80% of the sales that any other offices he has does as well. Its a complete fraud, the products that people buy rarely ever reach them, or if they do they recieve items they did not order or cheap imitations. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

His name is Marl minglo and he has been runing from state to state \

BEWARE of this company. I am serious. I wish I would have done my homework before I became involved.

I attended their first 'training' session which was a joke. They invite you back for the second one and ask for $165.00 for training supplies. You sign a contract that stipulates you get a full refund once the training sessions are complete. You get one can of 'fire retardant', a can of lighter fluid, a lighter and a pie dish. All for $165.00!! The purpose is for you to take these supplies and demonstrate to potential buyers. Here's where I got caught:

While signing the contract and paying via credit card (I recommend), I asked the 'manager' that if I took the supplies home and thought it over and brought them back the following day unused, would I still get a refund. The answer was a solid 'yes'. So that's exactly what I did. I brought them back the following day because something didn't seem right with this company. I handed them over to a Mr. Brian Farrar, he gladly took them back, and said I would get a refund. I still haven't gotten the refund after several calls to Brian and also Adriana at their corporate office. I tried reversing the charges on the credit card but it came back saying I signed a contract with G & M so they couldn't help. I am now going the legal route. If someone accepted my supplies back, then they should give me a refund. I trusted this company but I warn everone out there to be extremely careful and search the web for info about this company. They have several, several alias company names. Doesn't that tell you something?

  2. I'm not getting the part where you have to pay $165?  What does that buy you?

In the USofA, you normally don't get charged for an interview, unless you've contracted with an employment agency, & agree to pay a fee for their services.

Stat investigating some more > & If you don't find anything, best you put a stop payment on the check, or deny the charge.
