I also have a dsc-s700 and i can not upload andy of my pictures to my computer..? & it's not my usb cable.?

if you have the cd, install software ~sony picture utility,pg 60

if not ~use windows "scanner and camera wizard", pg 62

if not able ~view as external disk drive E:/ pg 65

also if camera is using mem stick, could remove from camera and use memory stick reader

Make sure that you are turning on your review button when you plug it in. Plug in the camera first when it is off. Then turn on the camera threw the review button which is right beside the scroll.If that still dosent work make sure it's not your USB drive thats the problem
