.I had authorised $39.95. After i gave then my credit card information, I was charged $69.95 and did not even receive Anything at all, period.I repeatedly tried calling them and each time they put me on hold for ages and kept extending the 'WAITING" Time , then suddenly the phone went dead?...I have not been able to contact them, and the tome period to dispute the charge passed so I lost the Money

call you bank, exlain that to them and have them reverse the charge and send the charge back to the company you bought from
