  1. you might be depressed too.  see a doctor.


  2. If strong black coffee does not work, see a doctor.

  3. Talk to your doctor.  It could be a slight case of mono, or you might be anemic (anemics are often very tired.)  If you get blood work done, they can tell you if you are.  If not, you may just need to get more sleep?  Also, if you are a coffee drinker...lay off it for a while.  You'll seem more tired at first, but after a while you will have a lot more energy.

  4. Talk to your doctor, they can run some lab tests for you, and maybe do a sleep study, they can check for sleep apnea, that would make you tired, or maybe you sleepwalk???

  5. I have gone thru this situation! There can b any of these reasons or some of dese!

    anaemia, laziness!- major ones!

    ya! laziness makes u feel sleepy and not drowsiness!

    Eat salads as well with ur lunch and never laydown or sleep soon after ur food intake.

    Do not sit in a particular environment for a long time.... try to stay in a place which is refreshing! Greenery..malls whatever activates u!

    drink fresh juices and even watch activity movies or channels and most important...indulge urself in something active and never think that no one is watching u if u r in d skul-lol, even dis makes u sleepy if ur a student!

    I even missed ma classes coz of drowsiness ! v lazy!

    never sit for a long time and wash ur face and actually go around and visit places etc!

  6. I agree with the other answers:  "SEE YOUR DOCTOR."  Wanting to sleep all the time is  a classic sign of depression--been there, still doing that.

    BUT, it could be something else, so the answer is the same--SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

  7. there are so many possibilties to consider here

    it could be very simple... maybe your not getting enough sleep or maybe your getting too much sleep

    then the medical terms sucj as you need to exercise more , you need to eat more healthily and not eat as much heavy foods or maybe you have IBS (serisous constipation ) so you should see your doctor asap

  8. Sleepy...

    1.  Sleeping is very important for us, it help us regenerate our cells/tissues and repair any from possible damage. So if you're sleepy because you lack sleep then I suggest, you give yourself a full 8hrs sleep, so that your body will recognize that you've had your sleep and will be vibrant the next day.

    2. Being sleepy is also a sign that your brain is getting less oxygen, thus it will send a message to your body to take a nap or something.  Breathe deeply, you can do this without moving your shoulders.

    3. If you're sleepy at work - Try to make-over your workstation, it may look dull and boring and needed a new look (enticing work place gives us a happy feeling to work without the feel of tiring). You can also add something to busy your sleepy mind by bringing a toy (eg: stress ball), a notepad (for you to doodle/jot).

    4. At school - Play with your fingers and focus with your professor.

    5. Or you might be lacking vitamins and iron - so take your daily dose.

    6. And the best among this is  exercise daily - it shouldn't be a strenuous exercise, walking/jogging will wake your brain up and send some signal to boost your energy a notch higher.

    7. I personally do this - I stand up on workstation, inhale and exhale 10x, and stretch my legs, arms, and back  whenever I'm sleepy.
