I always dream I am fat?

I often have dreams where I am fat. I don't look fat in my dreams, but within the dream something happens that makes me realize I'm fat and sometimes a weight is mentioned in my dream (like 150 lbs, 40 more lbs than i weigh). I am always very distraught when i get "fat" in these dreams, and usually moan and cry. what does this mean?
