Your weight seems to be an issue with you, not everyone else. If you are uncomfortable with yourself, then take control of your life and address your issues. Thank goodness it's something as simple as weight that bothers you. Weight is something that we can consciously control through diet and exercise. Some people have bad personalities or they're dumb as a stump. Those a problems that are a little harder to fix.

Aw.. Don't feel this way. I mean, everyones different. Theres many kinds of beauty, not just one. So, I got a tip for you:

When hugging a boy if you feel that awkward, hug him beneath the shoulders so his arms are around your neck and not near your tummy =D

usually i would have told to try to accept yourself the way you are. you're probably too self-conscious and the guy isn't even thinking about your fat.

only this time i'll also tell you to try to lose weight. it would do wonders to your self-esteem and you won't be this shy anymore. don't ruin your life because you forbid yourself so many things just because of your weight. when fat becomes this problematic, it should go. good luck
