  1. Get a life !!!

Exercise more ( morning and afternoon )

Eat less .. and concentrate on food that gives you energy ( Think green ) and proteins , zinc , calcium , ...

Stay far as possible from fast food and eat fish

Swim .. swimming helps to energetic and awakens you :P

Communicate with people in the society and go out more even though sometimes you don't feel like to :) ..

  2. Try going outside just to be outside... not because you have to do something. Relax and breath in the air. Then go for a long jog. Make sure you drink a lot of f*cking monster (energy drink)

  3. Try eating better.  Take a multivitamin. Try travelling or doing something different-  maybe you are depressed or bored.  Exercise.  If you don't think it's anyone of those things.  Talk to a doctor, you could be low on iron or B12 or something like that.

  4. Try booster or tonic drinks to supplement your tiredness

Over In Asia we chinese believe in GinSeng or chicken essance  to revitalize our immune system...We too believe in boiling herbal soup to regulate our body temperture for adaptation to our surrounding...!!!

Qi Gong is an ancient art of exersice to  attract  good "Chi" to help strengthen and to charged up our body up with positive energy.

Im sure theres lots and lots of booster drinks like solid natural protein substance available at your Drug Stores

  5. Go get a complete physical from your doctor. You may have a medical condition that may need to be addressed.

  6. It could be a medical problem as Drew said.

Although if you are extremely stressed out it tends to wear you down and make you tired. That could be it. Exercise always helps with that though so if exercise is your thing, I would recommend that. Food wise anyone who goes on sugar binges tends to be tired. Although they say dates give you a lot of energy so you can try eating those.

  7. High protein...also increase iron intake.

If this continues, it might be a good idea to see a doctor and have bloodwork done.

  8. okay well it could either be your not sleeping enough or you could have low iron in your blood, thats what I think.

  9. 1st of all, sleep well. That'd be 7 to 8 hrs a day.

To rule out iron deficiency, get your haemoglobin level checked...Any good patho lab will do. If its 12 or above you dont need iron supplement. If its below 10, go for iron - folic acid tabs, twice a day will do. Expect effects in 2 wk or so.Adding multivitamin also helps.

Next check your calorie intake. Active men need about 2200 to 3000 kcal a day depending on your activities.Make sure you're having enough of them.

As for proteins, you need 1 gm of it per kg of your body weight per day. Eggs and soyabean(for vegetarians) provide lots of proteins.

Lifestyle changes: organise your activity, few hrs of work needs some break before resuming work.

Engage in some hobby you like, it prevents mental exhaustion and makes you feel at ease.

By my experience, majority of cases respond to this workup. If not you need to personally meet your doc.

  10. Hello,

    Are you getting enough sleep?

    Maybe are you becoming depressed?

    Are you eating right?

Try eating healthier. Like my mom makes these protein shakes and there really good and very healthy! The recipe is.

    1 cup of  strawberries.

    1/2 cup of blueberries.

vanilla ricemilk.  (find at health food store).

1 tablespoon flax powder (find at health food store).

    one tablespoon "whey protein".

    1 bananna.

(you can add yougert if you want)

put in blender and mix it up!

    good luck!

  11. maybe its the varied amount of different diets your consuming.

if you consume the same thing

everyday your body's not going to function as well.

    you should try different varieties.

    it keeps you really hyped.

  12. Did you not ask a question about diabetes the other day?If your glucose is way up all day:you really get exhausted. You will loose weight etc.And it drains your energy levels.Have it checked please:you ruin your future like this

    Planets.

  13. it could be a lot of things, depression, stress, eating habits, lack of exercise, lack of iron, i suggest trying to eat better food, and exercise more, if that doesnt work, see a doctor, they will help you.

  14. When you wake up make sure you give yourself 5 minutes to lay in bed, lay on your back facing upwards and think through what you want to do on that day. Then get out of bed and draw back the curtains, leave your bed because you can make that later and conserve some energy. Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast and drink a good glass of water/milk or another hydrating drink. Make sure you don't drink Cola or Lemonade because it makes you thirsty. A cup of tea or coffee should get you going.. Return upstairs then make your bed, lay your clothes out on the bed you wish to wear for the day then have a nice warm shower/bath making sure you make it relaxing and worth while. Dry yourself completely rubbing slowly with the towel and drying all areas then put on your clothes. Stand outside for some air and hopefully you should feel great!
