  1. This could happen because you are losing electrolytes due to the rehearsals.  Keep and drink plenty of water, gatorade helps a lot too!

Also, when you take a break, I would recommend you to lie on your back and raise your legs up to 12 inches.  This will help with circulation and you won't feel as sick.

I am pretty sure that you know that if this condition persists or worsens, you have to withdraw yourself from the play and visit the doctor right?  I hope so...

Your health is a very precious thing...

    I hope this helps.

Take care, and take it easy.  All my best to you!

  2. I would drink lots of water, and if you have long or medium length hair, I would pull it back into a ponytail or pigtails. You can get baby wipes really cheap at Walgreen's, and if you periodically wipe your face and the back of your neck with water, you'll feel better soon. Taking breaks and lying down helps a lot too. This used to happen to me whenever I would be in the audience of plays. Closing your eyes and taking deep breaths sometimes works, too. Good luck!

  3. water! take breaks!

  4. I would bring a bottle of water, maybe two bottles. Then every once in awhile when you start to feel sick, drink water and lay down with you eyes closed for a couple of minutes.
