I always have VIOLENT dreams?

I'm a very well adjusted person, but my dreams almost always involve violence toward someone I know, a stranger, or a celebrity. (Like Zach Braff or Kareem Abdul Jabaar) Sometimes I'm just watching, but in other instances I actually participate in the violence.

One word: why?

Why?Your not a well adjusted person if you have violent dreams were you take part in the violence against all comers,get real.In your favour it's probably due to the amount of pc games you use for entertainment playing to all hours trying to kill off as many as possible and get comfort watching others play who can't match your score.It's a sign

You are in a way well adjusted but that adjustment bottled up a feeling of violence. Maybe, in your conscious mind , you adjusted by swallowing and stay calm or humble; but that feeling in you is compelling and when you are asleep it releases itself into a compensation of rebuttal..violence or dissatisfaction.

Sometimes ,you watched a fighting in your dream feeling excited and relieved, something in a rage you got yourself fighting in a dream.
