I always l**k my lips?

Question

ever since i was little i always licked my lips because they would get really dry

if i didnt l**k them and held my mouth shut for like two minutes they would dry together and then I would pull them apart and they would be all dry and uncomfortable

chapstick never seemed to help and lip gloss worked for like a second but then they would still dry up and feel even more sticky

what should i do

try carmex lip balm

get a lip exfoliater, i sugest mary kay or on from sephora i forget what its called sorry, follow the instructions on the bottle and smuther your lips with vasiline. this worked for me its should work for you.

and also through out the day just keep putting a lipbalm on, i think Blistex is the best th one in the white tube.
