I always see this on PerezHilton.Com.....?

Okay, I see this on a lot of websites. I am a little confused. When people have the option to leave comments about a certain post made on TMZ or PEREZ, I see they write FIRST..... What exactly does that mean? Just curious.

I think it means that they are the first to write down their comments.  It's very silly I know!
