There are short and tall people everywhere.  Given that, the tallest people in Europe (by average) are in The Netherlands and Denmark.  The shortest (on average) are in the east, say Poland.

roflmao... europeans tend to be taller than americans, but there are short people everywhere! just because you are in a certain country doesn't mean all of them around going to be a certain height.

why? because there are short women EVERYWHERE!! so just have a bit of confidence and go find some short women!!!

Basically anywhere.  Europeans tend to be shorter than Americans.  Emphasis on tend.  Just don't go to Norway.
