If you mean that you are switching out the lenses to match your actual prescription.  

If you are purchasing the two pairs.  I do not see a problem with what you are doing.  If you are switching out the lenses and leaving a switched pair there, then it is not ok.  You are damaging store property and should not be doing that.

There are many internet retailers that you can purchase inexpensive eyeglasses from, please use them instead.

If Ellie Bellie is right, just buy 2 pair, one of each, and switch them at home. There cheap enough for crying out loud. If your switching them in the store, your a jerk.
