umm... no... the moon has no visible difference on your body. All that happens during the eclipse is that you can see the sun and you can't see the sun. but if you want it to make a difference, i think looking straight at the moon during a solar eclipse will certainly make you're pregnancy harder. (don't do that, seriously, it may blind you) You have many more things to worry about than the moon.

my mom said that when there is an eclipse if a pregnant woman goes outside without wearing red or a safety pin on her underware, the eclipse would eat you baby in other words the baby would come out deformed. but that just cultural belief i hope i didn't scare you
