  1. Pretty hard to lose weight at your age. Try running at least 1 hour per day.


  2. When you are that young, it's going to be pretty hard to lose weight. Cut down on your diet and do a lot of cardiovascular excersizes which includes pushups, running, crunches, and sports. Play a lot of basketball and hold off deserts and stuff that has a lot of carbs. "impossible is nothing" Never give up.

  3. You shouldn't want to lose weight when you play basketball because it is an advantage unless you are just fat no offense. All I am saying is that if you think you want to lose weight don't instead turn it into muscle and use it against your opponents. You have to be strong when you play basketball.
