I am 12-15 and pretty short. How can I become faster? What excersises and stretces?

Preferrably stretches not running.

  1. stretching your quads and hamstrings makes the bigest difference. if I stretch out before running I can run the 40 in 6.6, but when i dont stretch those areas i run about 7. also you can do speed training with an agility ladder wich is low cost and pretty easy.
