mmmm... dont ask him, tell him! lots of kids have cell phones these days. Tell him what if you ever need to get in touch with him in emergancy, or tell him it makes you feel safe when your on your own. I'm sure h**l take it into consideration x

im 14 and i can get a cellphone on my own dont need my parents to get me one.but still i dont get one you dont really need it why do you 12 year olds get cellphones xDi dont get it but if you want to get a cellphone and have no probs with your parents get one yourself and pay with your own money.or you can just bug the ****** **** outta him!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehehe
