I need to get back in shape for travel soccer and it's way to hot to run at night. What time in the morning is good?

  1. personally, I get up at around 5-5:30 and am out of the house by 6:00. I run for about fortyfive minutes.

    That usually does the trick.

    its not to hot or not to cold.

  7. After you eat, if you run before you eat you may get in shape, but it is bad for your health.

    It makes you go into "starvation mode" because your body thinks that you will be keeping this up. Your body uses less calories when you are running (therefore you lose less) and you also lose muscle mass.

    But I would recommend 6 in the morning, wake up around 5 and eat....
