  1. i am also 13,and wondering wether to become a doctor,an arquitect,a lawyer or a vet. we've still got TONS of time to think,so don't worry about it yet. it is true that the Goverment is cutting jobs in the UK,and lots of young people who have studied to become doctors are ending up with no jobs.

i am living in spain at the moment, but when i am older i will probably move back to london. u could also think about finding a job in another country. but you can become whatever u want to become, just follow your heart, good luck ^^

  2. No, dont give up your ambition. This country will always need doctors, policemen, lawyers, because there will always be people falling ill, people commiting crime, etc, etc.

It will be a lot of hard work, but im sure that you are well prepared for this. It takes a lot of commitment and determination. If this is your chosen vocation, then go for it!

You could work in the hospital, maybe you can be a cardiologist or even a surgeon if you want to be.

  3. carry your ambition

  4. Doctors are needed all around the world, especially specialists, so keep at it, with a growing world population and an aging population in the western world, it is a career that puts you in preparedness for the social changes that are inevitable, my best friend took a degree in accounting and a vocational qualification in hairdressing she was so distressed by the idea that she could be unemployed at any one time, obviously one with many real skills and aptitudes is a sensible person, just remember to get the best grades keep in touch with tutors and folks who can give you good references, and you'll be fine.

  5. Dont give up your dreams

However to become a doctor u need really good grades (A*-B)  Cause so many people apply to be one,

But if its your dream just tough it up and fight through it

  6. Only you can answer this one...if you wish to become a Doctor and it is in your heart, then pursue it. The world will always need good Doctors.

  7. No stick to it, junior first aider training, get good grades, if it's your thing you'll know.

  8. Carry on ,how nice to hear that a 13 year old has an ambition like that, mine only wants to get his levels up on runescape. Best of luck and of course you will do it

  9. pray, don't ever give up on your dreams. If you have to leave the UK to follow your dreams just walk with god and he will carry you.

  10. Well young man if that's what you want to do that's what you want to do. Listen young un, when you do your work experience bit ask your local A&E department if you can attend and grasp the REAL life of a doctor. If you still want to you MUST get A levels and go to med school (the nearest uni that does a medical degree). Knuckle down though mate, and stay away from the chavy council estate kids. Don't stop chasing skirt though kidda. (stay away from radiography lad no money in it)

  11. go for it. study, work hard and and by the time u quailify, Im sure there will be a job waiting for you :)

  12. Work hard at school, go to University.

The situation now won't be the same in 10 years time. Follow your dream.

  13. no you should carry on with your ambition if it is what you really want to do.study hard at school and you will become a doctor;)
