I am 13 and a tennis player and looking for ankle weights.

I am not too weak or too strong, just average. How many pounds should I buy ankle weights? 2, 3, 5, lbs? 10 lbs? I have no idea

  1. I'm not sure if you were, or were

    not, but you shouldn't wear ankle weights while

    moving.

    They can cause tremendous damage to the knees,

    especially when you are still growing.

    People differ, and some knees might hold

    up, but in extreme cases, you could develop

    Osgood Schlatters disease if you wear ankle

    weights while engaged in athletic activity.
