You are probably small because that's just your body type. If i may ask, why are you smoking and drinking energy drinks at 13? Both of those things are soo bad for you. I'm sure you already know about the effects of smoking but energy drinks can also have long term effects. Including seizures, abnormal heart rhythms and stomach problems.
