I am 13 and i need a 800 meter training program?

I know i probobaly have to do intervals and sprint workouts but will i need any distance training? if so should i go at 80% goal pace

  1. Honestly, you're 13, you're probably just starting to hit puberty. Any workouts you do will not help you at all, because you haven't gone through puberty yet. So don't worry about training plans and workouts.

    What you should worry about is just running. Run a few miles every day, at an easy pace. Then when you start doing workouts, they will feel easy and you can run them faster.
