Not to worry man ... you will go through puberty - you're just a little slower than some of your friends.  Don't sweat it because there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.  Once it hits, it will hit!  Good luck.

omg, finaly someone that had the same prob that i had! its normal, just leave gym class earlyer and never get your arms too up. avoid using shorts. thats it

At 13, I assure you that you're not the only one that hasn't started puberty.  And your friends know that without you telling them.  Try not to worry about this, it's coming soon.
