I am 13 and want to pickup my stamina for football?

my stamina is ok but it needs to improve some so can anyone help PLEASE??????????????????????????

  1. When i was 12 I would run 1 mile a day.. try doing that. also incorporate some push ups & sit ups.. also after your mile, try doing sprints, at least 5 or 10 across the football field.. & you'll be more than ready.. Good luck buddy..


  2. this is what i did

    if ur on the track field, sprint 200m then jog 100m

    do this about 6times to start out

    but u shouldnt have more than 10 sec of rest

    or if ur on the field, sprint sideline to sideline (50yds) 4times

    do taht about 6 times and try to get it under 35sec

    take bout 30sec rest

    this will help u alot

  3. run around a football field 3 times do 40 push-ups ever day and 50 sit-ups then you will be ready to go

  5. Run around a track and time yourself. try to push for more every time. thats what i do and i rock.

  6. Do suicides, and laps around the football field.

    Your gonna need motivation tho.

  7. run run run run, its all u need. listen to music because running is very painful wityh nothing but thinking about how much longer u have.
