not really, average ADULT male is 5.5-6 inches, and you still probably still have growing to do. don't worry about it.

You are quite normal in all areas.  The next 3 to 4 years will begin your growth spurt.  I was 5 ft tall at 12 and 6 ft at 15.  Your p***s will grow with the rest of you.  It would be in your best interests to start a LIGHT exercise program with some stretches involved.  This can lessen whatever "growing pains" you experience.

All of that sounds very, very normal. That is about the height, weight, and p***s length of most boys your age. You are fine.
