Your best bet it go to your local dealer and ask there advise on a big choice for your size / weight / money .......... etc.

you should get a cr80 there fast light and cheap good fast bike to learn on

The Honda CR125 is one of the best dirtbikes you can get.  If you need it to be cheap, you can look for one used.  You don't give your height/weight but if you're big for your age, you may consider a 250cc bike since you won't outgrow it as fast but it may be a little harder to learn on.

cr85 or a crf150r if you never were on a dirt bike before a 125 might be to much for you i have friends who been riding for years and they have trouble on 125s the crf150r is a great bike that should be good for you
