  1. Are talking about two 13 kg dumbells, or one 13 kg bar?  If it's a bar, that is really light for bench press, even at your age!  You would get more resistance doing pushups!  Increase the weight to half your body weight and do 2-3 sets of as many reps as you can do, with 1-2 minutes rest between sets.  Do this every other day.  If you can do more than 10 or 12 reps in one set, increase the weight.  You should see a noticable increase in your strength very soon.  Good luck!

  2. well it could be good but if you dont stretch your muscles you would not be able to move as loose as you would like to

i think you should do the basics with out weights

  3. If you can lift it with good form then its not to much weight. Every other day, or every 3 days would be better. Your muscles nee time to repair. Make the 3 sets close to each other, meaning only take a 60-90 sec break between each set. On your off days do some sit ups. pull ups, running. Keep the rest of your body in shape too man! The effects will be building muscle and getting stronger in the muscles you work out.

  4. its ronge to train 3 times a day 1 mucle!!! the mucle wont grow because you train  to much. it needs time to recover itself. And yes if you can lift 23 kg you can do that.
