I am 13 yrs young, and Im going into 8th Grade. I need help losing weight before Christmas.?

I am so beyond tired of having that huge stomach, and a very small double chin. Its not visible but it kills me to know its there. I dont have saggy arms, its just ALL in my thighs and my stomach. It bothers me SO much. But I need a diet plan. If it is long pls email me. I read my mail every day. I know losing weight takes a little while, so my current weight is 210. And my goal is around 150 Or less. So until Christmas. Thnx soo much if you commetn and email me. Oh yea, by the way. I dont want any websites containing you have to pay or pills. I want to lose it the natural and beautiful way. =]

  1. Try Weight Watchers! You can eat good food! No one will know you are dieting and it works! It's done by points and it is a safe way to loose your weight! Good Luck!


  2. well since your body is still growing things aren't goingt to look exactly how you want them to look.

    But if you really want to lose weight join a sport in your school.Any kind of exersice helps you become healthier.

    And a diet shoulnt be so extreme at your age.Stop drinking soda chips and junk food. Replace with fruit and juices.Cut back on meat and milk products.

    Vegetarian and organic  meals help lose alot of weight and not notice to much of  a difference

    Im not vegetarian myself or organic eater but i do choose "healthy meals once in a while and i lost some weight.Not from one day to another but it has helped

  3. try weight watchers its a great weight loss plan! you aren't limited to what you eat cause you can eat whatever you want you just need to manage how much you eat. also go to the gym and create a work out schdule. once you start to get in shape working out will become a fun thing to do.

  4. Well, the good thing is that your still young which makes it easier for you to loose weight. I know that one day you will consider taking pills or doing a crash diet. Honestly, don't. Taking pills can make you sick especially because you're so young. Crash diets are when you just stop eating and starve yourself. Yea, they work, but they aren't worth it. It's easier to gain back the weight if you crash diet plus it will make you very sick also.

    Watch what you eat. Only eat healthy, no snacks. Instead of eating a big meal in the morning, lunch, and the after noon... eat about 6 small meals. So you will also have food in your stomach.

    The most help I can give you is that you need to get a gym membership. They can be very costly but they work. With that, you can have your own personal trainer and she will tell you what to do.

    Buying a tredmill and running on it can help also.

Well, the basics of natural weight loss is a healthy diet and exercise; but another tip is to eat several small meals (5-6) a day instead of 3 large ones so your metabolism is always working so more weight is lost. If you're thirsty/hungry, drink a glass of water and chew on some celery (0 calories). Remember to drink around 8 glasses of water per day spread apart evenly. I've heard that it helps if you do not eat past 7:00pm so you might want to look into that. You might want to contact a nutritionist who can make a detailed plan tailored to your needs, since frankly we don't have that kind of skill.  

  6. try joining a school team, like the running team. you'l get alot of excercise, and meet new friends, you also wont have to diet.
