  1. I was also very thin and was  avegetarian. Whatever I did did not help. Of course nowadays lot of items made with oil is available. So go on consuming all this and milk,  butter, chocolates and ghee items. In addition take fruits and lots of water. Then I think you could gain weight.


  2. listen its easy... jus drink 3 glasses of milk everyday with sugar (for flavor add any syrup or powder)

    most important do some exercise. trust me this helps.

    1) push ups - 10rep

    2)   pull ups - 10rep


  3. Tell ur mom 2 use lots of ghee or dalda in ur food!

  4. Eat lots of protein things and some greasy french fries or something. I have a vegetarian friend and she is soooooo skinny. She is your age and only weighs like 92 pounds.  

  5. Wow. You should eat healthy, if you aren't already. Eating healthy won't make you lose weight, but it will just get you to a steady weight.

  6. try drinking some milk shakes at least 2 times aday trust me it works and eat food with a loy of grease like pizza with out any meat or french fries  

  7. eat 1 bannanna with a glass of milk at night for 15 days and watch ur weight grow


  8. eat alot of nuts for protein, Drink milk and protein shakes if you want to gain weight and muscle

  9. Lift.

    Then replenish your protein, as most lifters do, with something like protein shakes. (Most protein powders are made from whey, a by-product of milk that is completely vegetarian-safe.)

  10. exercise regularly , eat greeny leafy vegetables , drink at least 4 glasses of milk.
