I am 14. My knees hurt all the time and they kind of pop when I extend them slowly. Whats wrong?

  1. If you are overweight,try losing some weight.Mild exercise will also help.If you sit a lot,it can cause knee pain

  3. need to see a doctor my Friend has some serious problem now cus of the same symptoms you are talking about.  If it serious they maybe be Abel to help you before it gets really bad

    You can be overdoing it.

    Also, if you aren't active at all, they might be wearing down from staying in one position all the time.

    I would say that you should stretch you legs, like extend them and do squats to give them strength.

    If it's too much to handle and hurts a lot, definitely go see a doctor.  You are too young and need your legs.

  13. i was talking to a nurse today and she told me if i were dc and etnies shoes alot my feet and knees will hurt cuz that was kinda happening to me so if you were shoes like that (skate shoes) then you should get those thing to help you back and feet arches

  14. ur growing. it happens.... you will start getting hair in funny places soon and cry uncontrollably.
