  1. umm... no you don't. whoever was timing you messed up, and pretty bad. i ran the 200 and 400 in college and my 100 time was 10.3.


  2. You're barely in the 10s. Get it down to 10.1 then do think about the 9s.

  3. Well whatever you have been doing to get that fast i would just continue doing it. Just practice alot of short distance sprints and flexibilty/agility exercises.

  5. Thats impossible, The Portuguse Olympic champion, Obikuelo, of 100m makes it in 10 seconds, how would a regular 14 yr old boy do 10.91. Who was in the stopwatch didnt record your timing well. do it again with better people at the stopwatch

  6. 9 sec is achievable. It is not impossible. If others can do it so can you. Your still young but there's a lot of things to do. If you really want to reach 9 secs you should start working right now.
