Yes that is normal for you.

All men are different but what you say sounds right for you.

So nothing to worry about and it sounds everything is fine down there.

Maybe you should trim them a little shorter.  Or try doing it weekly, you know just make it part of your routine if you're not interested in letting them grow out.
