  1. Good for you! I want to congratulate you first on listening to people who want to help you and taking your health into consideration. There are lots of things you can use to stop smoking. You can get a special of  gum that will help you to get over the addiction. Whenever you feel the need to smoke you chew the gum. (I have a picture of it for you under "source"). This is a great secret way to stop, because your parents will just think you're chewing normal gum.

    Hope this helps! :)

  2. some girls at my school are like that. i heard chewing gum a lot works well. you need to not even get cigarettes. learn to say NO hang out with your friends and always try to have gum in your mouth NO cigars, cigarettes

good luck! i would hate to see someone end up like my aunt..

    answer mine too please?

  3. your just gonna have to quit cold turkey

and chew lots of gum .i hear it helps

  4. - buy tooth pics (occupies the hands and mouth)

    - buy gum (occupies mouth and helps A LOT)

    - have someone buy you some nicotin gum (helps so you don't have to quit cold turkey)

    - or just quit cold turkey (this is way hard, and i don't suggest it)

(Quiting cold turkey gives you all kind of with draw symptoms which a) can tip your parents off and b) just be really hard and miserable

    Good luck and good job!

  5. cold turkey! best andonly way that works and proves your strength and will power to the only person that really needsto see it proven, YOURSELF!! do it! do it now when you are young, tough and resillient. i am a 40 yr old chain smoker, and i am embarassed to say i am so weak to this addiction that i have went outside to pick butts off the sidewalk at 4:30 in the morning i craved a smoke so d**n bad!! i put my pride aside to tell you that hoping my weakness can be your strength, do you want to keep smoking and let the addiction grow? something smaller than your pinky finger can and will control your life! girls have left me cuz i wouldn't stop, i went hungry since i only had enough money for food or smokes, i turned down a nicer apt. in a smoke free building, won't go out to restaurants since they went smoke free, believe you me, just toss the smokes and be free! it's too late for me, you do it, i know you can!

  6. stay  over with your friend for like a week and keep having friends over or staying with friends for like a major intervention

you can also like has one less cigarette every day or so until you just have like one a day, then just stop,

    hope i could help:]

  7. stop asking people to buy them for you.

  8. Umm go back in time, and dont start.

  9. You could get nicotene patches and just cover them up with your clothes. I'm guessing that your parents would be happy to hear that you are trying to quit now and would like to help you though. Otherwise you can just go cold turkey and chew alot of gum.

  10. When you decide to stop smoking, you'll bring on

other changes in your life as well. Smoking is a

very addictive habit, meaning that it is very hard

to quit. There are a lot of changes that take place,

although exercise can be a big help to you when you

    decide to quit.

Try to set a new routine, such as working out or

going to the gym. If that isn't possible, you

should try waking up earlier and going for a short

walk. If you can turn that walk into a run or a

jog, it is going to be very stimulating and the best

way that you can start your day.

Keep in mind that exercise doesn't really mean

pumping metal. If you don't have the time to stop

by the gym every day, then it isn't really that big

of a problem, as you can always choose to workout

    at home.

Whether you choose to workout at home or at a gym,

you should always remember that regularity is the

key. It isn't getting started that's the difficult

part, it's sticking to a regular exercise program

that is difficult and proves to be stumbling block

    for most people.

Some people have a great start. They will buy

track suits, gym wear, running shoes, and a lot

of other gear, so their first day at the gym is

almost like a celebration. As the days go by,

they find it very difficult to meet the demands

and their routine will slow down a lot and finally

come to a complete exercise burnout.

One mistake that several people make is choosing

the evenings to exercise. If evenings fit your

lifestyle, then it's fine. For most people however,

the evening hours are when they are completely

pooped. By the evening most of us are drained,

and simply too tired for exercise. Therefore, it

is always best to set some time aside for exercise

    in the morning.

In the morning, wake up a half an hour or so

earlier, put on your shoes, and hit the road. Most

roads are less crowded in the morning and less

polluted as well, making it a wonderful and relaxing

    way to start the day.

You should also steer clear from the coffee and try

tea instead. If you are moving around in the house,

try playing music. You can also redecorate your

room by adding a few pictures around. When you

redecorate, you should get rid of everything

    that reminds you of smoking.

Plan your day where you'll have something fun to

do at the end of the day. It doesn't need to be

something that involves money, as you don't want

to end up bankrupt. Spending time with family,

playing games, or going for a walk with your

    family are all good activities.

Watching television doesn't really fit into the

list. The reason is because television isn't

something that demands a lot of attention. You

can easily do something else while you are

    watching television.

You should also make a list of things that build

up your stress and try to avoid them. If it

isn't possible, you should try to find out some

some ways to bust stress and use them. Whatever

you do, you shouldn't use stress as an excuse

    to start smoking.

There are many other methods that you can use to

beat stress. You can try breathing exercises,

mediation, or even music. Another great way to

beat stress is using the distressing ball. If

you don't have one or access to one, you can

always wiggle your fingers and toes. This too

is a great and natural method to beat stress.

  11. If you don't want anyone to know, you'll have to suck it up and go cold turkey.  I started smoking at the age of 15 and only quit for good almost 2 years ago, at the age of 26.  I had to have the help of a drug called Chantix.  It's something you have to have a prescription from your doctor to get.  Best of luck to you!  I really hope you can quit now!!

  12. dangg thats hard

  13. okay, im not gonna tell you how wrong you are right now. but ill just warn you and tell you that since you are young and your lungs are probably more prone to be damaged, you have already damaged your health a lot.

if your friends are encouraging you to continue, they are not your friends.

dont buy them and dont be around people who smoke. try chewing bubble gum or sunflower seeds.

    good luck!

    xoxo megan

  14. It's all about willpower. If you want to stop then just STOP.My friend quit smoking just out of nowhere because she didn't want to hurt her health, and you can do the same.If not that, then try some smoking gum.

    xoxo,♥blondie♥

  15. dont buy them or eat
