Paper round, got any neighbours with dogs - dog-walking or dog sitting. Ask about cleaning cars, put a flyer out in neighbourhood - BUT KEEP YOURSELF SAFE. & it is 13 for a paper round.

At 14 your too young to be working anyway, 16 is the legal age they will start taking people on, unless you have a friend or family whom own something, otherwise, its babysitting or casual cleaning I'm afraid.
