I am 14 and my nipples are totally sore and hard.?

they hurt really badly..but ive already started my period which is quite irregular..but what does this mean?

ur nipples usually hurt or feel a little sore close to your period. plus, ur probably not done developing yet, which is why they hurt. it's all apart of nature honey.

Concerning irregular periods - Sometimes young girls have difficult period from first menstruation up to fully developed regular menstrual cycles. It will take some time to fully develop your mature regular menstrual cycle. Please be also informed that in general menstrual cycles are very sensitive to stress, emotional situations, infections, medication, etc.

Just be patient. Usually by 18-20 year the menstrual cycle will be fully development, your hormones will develop your own (personal) cycle and your menstrual cycle will be regular.

Concerning your nipples - You b*****s are still in the process of development and this is why your nipples are painful. See breast development and irregular periods below.

It's just all part of going through puberty.

You'll get this, then you will get super horny all the time and get ridiculously wet, your period situation... all sorts of stuff.

Don't worry, it will gradually calm down and get more regular.

Well, the horniness is going to keep going for a couple or few more years though.

It's all part of life which I know doesn't help you now but it will get better in time
