Any excersizing tips for this? Or excersizes to help my vertical jump?

  1. I have the same problem!! I started trying to improve my leg muscles, maybe 3 weeks ago?? I do jump boxes, wall jumps, leg presses, and jump roping. I've had quite a bit of improvement in the last couple weeks, too. Good luck!

  2. U CAN ASK SOMEONE 2 DRIVE U 2 THE GYM AND START WORKING OUT

  3. Nothing builds leg muscles better than cycling and hiking up and steep inclines. Good for the butt, too.

  4. I'm a digger on my volleyball team.

I do wall sits. Those help extremly well!

Do 5 walls sits for 2 minutes each and then increase the minutes every other day. It works, believe me! I started out doing wall sits with my legs shaking so much after just 30 seconds.

Now, I can hold a wall sit for at least 10-15 minutes. My thighs are all muscle now.

    TRY IT!

P.S. i'm hoping you know what a wall sit is since you're on a traveling team but if you don't go to google.com and look them up! :)

    Good luck!

  5. When I got strong legs I started to do alot of diffrent kind of streches. I mean like weird ones too. What I also did was run alot so your legs get strong. Hope you Get Strong LEGS!!

  9. ok! All you have to do is run and stretch a couple days a week! In between your run days go for a walk! Then at practice make sure to use your legs a lot either: running, jumping(this helps a lot!), or squatting to pass! Good luck!

  10. jump rope....alot, your calves and thighs will get used to it and build up resistance, which will help you jump higher and have more endurance in your legs
