  1. You don't need to. don't worry if you not feeling 100 percent with your skills or anything. When I was 14 that was also my bad year.

  2. There's no point going to the gym and doin weights. Just go out for jogs and get your fitness up then at the rugby season get more muscle. Eat lots and lots and lots and lots any food it doesn't matter and if you keep your fitness up then you will burn it off into muscle. Easy!!

  3. You're 14.

    Forget about it!

Concentrate on things you can control.

    Skill and speed.

Stop worrying about stats that are meaningless and work on your game.

If you're the best there is, it doesn't matter how big you are.

  4. I know how you feel! im a winger that weighs 107 pounds and im 16 I WANT WEIGHT, but no one can catch me anyhow ;)

  5. Chicken, Pasta and Milk

  6. eat lots of food iam skinny and iam 14years old and i look s**y

  7. At your age concern yourself with other things. You are far too young to be thinking about this. Let nature take its course.

When you are 6 or 7 years older then just improve on what nature has given you.

I know you won't like this but one of my boys was like you. He is now 25 and built like a brick s--t house.

  8. Your age puts you right on the cusp of whether or not you should be lifting weights or not.  I'd say go for it.  Eat a lot of foods with protein and good carbohydrates (whole wheat pasta and bread) and go to the gym.  When you're in your teens you'll gain muscle faster than you ever will later in your life.
