I am 145lbs i want to go back to 80!!!?

i weigh 145 lbs and i want to go back to 80 lbs. how can i do this before christmas break so when i come back i will look 10 times skinnier...

i have a big butt and big thighs and a big belly

  1. 80Ibs doesn't seem healthy.. If you want to shed pounds,



    good diet : well portioned and balanced meals; increase fluid intake, cut down on carbs and carbonated drinks.

    exercise: jogging every morning, bike riding just remaining active

    NO: crash dieting, diet pills nor starving. It's better to be healthy than to be sick.


  2. There is no way you have a big butt and big thighs and a big belly unless you are under 5 feet and like.. 11 years old, if you are weighing 145.

    Not to mention before that olsen twin got so skinny she was almost a missing person SHE weighed more than 80 pounds.

  3. My 9 year old weighs 80 pounds and she is thin enough to fit into her 7 year old sisters clothes!!  Why on earth would you want to weigh 80 pounds?  Try setting a realistic goal.

  4. ok well first of all go on a diet and excerise but dont' try to go all the way down to 80 cuz thats too skinny for the sounds of how old you are. try for 95 or 100

Why the h**l would you wanna weigh 80lbs!!!??? that sounds scary. try for like 110 or somthing. thats more normal. & when you do, just excersizing and eating right will get you there. and if you are the kind of person who thinks exercizing is "boring" than seriouslly play Dance Dance Revelution. You can lose alot of weight from that game. lol.

  8. Dee is right, make sure you are setting realistic goals for your weight loss. Also, weight loss without exercise is pointless. Without regular exercise and a healthy diet you will sacrifice your health for the sake of your appearance.

  10. their is this tea name Lingzhi tea it is a chinese that you can used for losing weight everytime you eat you take it after you also have to diet and do not eat after 5pm

  12. Diet & exercise is the only healthy, long lasting way to lose weight.  Just make yourself an exercise and diet regimen and stick too it.  

    80 pounds sounds way too unhealthy though.  Unless you're really, really short.  I mean REALLY short.  Like under 5 feet.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.

  15. How tall are you?  Remember you are growing still,  Being too thin can cause as many if not more health problems than being too large.  Find a chart and see what weight is good for your age and height.  Going from 145 to 80 sounds unhealthy to me.  Be careful.

  16. Depending on how tall you are, i think 120lb seems around about the right thing to weigh for me. Personally, I consider 80lbs not only scary, but unnattractive.

    Why make this goal for yourself? Why make yourself unhappy through extreme diet and exercise thinking your goal is going to make you happy? I'm sorry, but I think even considering this is stupid and inconsiderate. To yourself and others.

    Please diet safely, 1200 is good if you don't like to eat very much, and remember fresh fruits and vegetables all the way! Yoghurt is also yummy and avilable in low-cal, try Yeo Valley Organic, v. nutritious.

  17. My 8 year old g-son weighs 77 pounds, and is 4'7."  He is very thin and tall for his age.

    You don't say your age or how tall you are.  80 pounds is a very low weight for anyone.  

    Think of your health by eating healthy and exercising to tone up.
