  1. At 5 feet your'e supposed to weigh 100 pounds but every inch after that is 5lbs.So add all that up and that should tell you. And muscle is more than fat. Hope I helped :)

  2. go on a diet.work out eat healthy. i am doing the same thin to.i am big boned and so my friends say that is why i weight 150.and people always think i weigh 110.i am going on a diet.and this may sound weird but i love it! healthy food can be good. like veggie burgers and fruits. work out while with friends, listening to music, or watching tv. i work out on my tread mill in front of my tv or sometimes i study. work out your arms and stomach. do sit-ups and push ups. bike around. work your arms out.you can follow a diet plan but i like doing it this way better.

  3. As long as you don't have big rolls and loads of fat then I dont think so. If you do then there is a problem and you should fix it now while your still young..it will also be a lot easier now than when you're 30!

  4. Well for your height, your ideal weight is between 125lbs and 190lbs.

If you’re looking for a quicker way to burn calories, you’ve to try interval training. Interval training comprises of short, high-intensity exercise periods followed on by longer, lower-intensity periods.

These 2 sets of interval training when repeated several times, to form a complete workout.

    Examples are:

    Walk-Jog sequences
