    And isn't there a separate license for boats?

    I'm in PA so laws may be different if you are in a different state.

  6. Well I think you have to get a boating license to be able to drive by yourself.

  7. Don't worry about what all those mama boys say your not to young, just where your life jacket stay out of rough water, and make sure your parents are okay with it.

    As far as legal goes, I live in Texas and have owned a boat and motor since I was 15 and here the law is you can operate by yourself as long as your motor is under 15 hp or you have taken a boaters education coarse, You can do it online for about 15 bucks.

    And NO I'm not an old timer that was 15 50 years ago I am 18.
