  1. wow

  2. No you just blew it.  Kids don't understand how their actions will affect the rest of their lives.  Get a grip and grow up.

  3. No way you will be allowed into the US.  Weapons charges are serious, and the fact that you are a minor makes it far worse.

Your record will not be "cleared" when you turn 16!  Visa applications ask whether you have ever been charged with any crime, misdemeanor or felony.  If you lie, that is perjury, a major felony, and grounds for denial, immediate deportation.  And when you tell the truth, as you must, they get the details.

There is no way you will ever be allowed into the US -- or practically any other country.  Convicted criminals, especially with such serious charges & type of crimes, are not welcome anywhere.  So you are unlikely to even get a tourist visa to take a vacation in another country.  You will have to remain in your own country permanently.

  4. I hope to h**l so.

  5. Are you crazy, nothing is more American than an offensive weapon charge! I hope it was a gun, we love guns!

  6. It will not make you inadmissible. It falls under one of the exceptions to section 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I) which these other answerers apparently have never heard of.

An alien will not be ineligible to receive a visa under INA

212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I) by reason of any offense committed:

    (B) Between the alien’s fifteenth and eighteenth birthdays unless such alien was tried and convicted as an adult for

a felony involving violence as defined in section 1(1) and section 16 of Title 18 of the United States Code.

Besides that, weapon charges normally do not involve moral turpitude so that all by itself tells you that section 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(I) would not apply to you.

  7. I hope you are denied.   We don't need an more 15 year olds carrying illegal weapons here.

  8. Depends. Does your country keep criminal records up to date? Do they seal juvenile records?

Keep your nose clean and hope for the best.

P.S. Leave the weapons at home if you get a visa.

  9. I'm hoping you get denied.

  10. Well if you’re Mexican I’m sure you’ll be welcome with open arms… Yes the sarcasm is flowing deep today. I’m sick of every criminal from Mexico coming over here thinking they’re above the law… Please for the love of god stay out of my country.

  11. Yes you will and rightfully so.

  12. Why worry about it! Just come in from Mexico, no one will stop you!! Millions of others do!!!!

  13. wow, wtf?

if your 15 why r u even carrying weapons?

Maybe if your records are cleared.

But if not, the government will deem you as a threat to society, if you hurt or made contact with anyone during the time of the weapon carrying...
