  1. This is a medical problem.   You need to see a doctor.

  2. You know I bet as much as you are trying to hide this from your parents they probably know already but don't want to embarrsed you.  Talk to them, they really can support you in this.  There are many medicial conditions that can cause this and there are things that can be done to help.  It would be silly for you to continue like this if there was something you could do that would make this stop.  In the meantime, there are some plain white undergarments that are made for adult women that you could keep discreet and not make you feel silly like pull-ups would.  You may want to try setting your alarm every 2 hours through the night and get up and go to the bathroom.  Gradually extend the time between until you figure out how long you can go with out having an accident.  It may be that you only need to wake up once in the middle of the night to go to the restroom to keep this from happening.  ALso, try to limit drinks after 7pm.  Good luck!

  3. Okay firstly, don't blame or feel bad about yourself. There's nothing to be ashamed of.

    Do you have trouble sleeping?

maybe try lying in a different position, changing beds or arranging your pillows different. You should see and doctor and ask for help, don't be embarrased this happens to a lot of teenagers and adults and you might be suprised. something else that might help is using an alarm clock to wake you up a few hours before you usualy do, change the time every few days so you're not in the habit of emptying your bladder at a certain time.

  4. I know that it is embarrassing to wet the bed and how hard it is to talk about it, but you should tell your parents.  Bed-wetting tends to be genetic so if you have this problem, your parents are likely to have had it too.

Pull Ups are a good thing to try if you can find a set that fits.  If not try the brands made for adults.  They are called Serenity, and Depends. They have some store brands also. They also have pads that you lie in your bed over the sheets that absorb moisture, so when you wet the bed you just change the pads not the whole bed.

If you tell your doctor there are several remedies they can offer. They can also talk to you about why you wet the bed.

  5. You should ask parents for a Dr appointment and if you are not gonna tell your parents, tell you Dr. He/She has seen it before, relax. If Mom and Dad are not going to be trusted by you for whatever reason and DR makes you feel uncomfortable find somebody, Grandma, Uncle or somebody. THIS MIGHT BE A BIG DEAL.

You could have a bladder infection that needs medicine, untreated can cause kidney problems.

You could have short tubing or narrow tubing that needs surgical repair. Problem will not go away on its own.

  6. You may have a medical problem for this. I urge you to tell your parents so they can take you to be examined. This is not your fault but it is also not right. Let a professional help you.

  7. i understand what you are going through if you need to talk

  8. It is not uncommon for someone your age to go through this.  You should really speak to your parents because with their help and the help of your doctor, there are therapies that will help you stop wetting the bed.  At the very least speak to your doctor.  I assume you've tried limiting fluids after dinner and before bed, setting your alarm to wake you up so that you can go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and so on.  Best wishes.

  9. Sweetie..you need to be seen by a doctor to find out what is going on.  This could be a medical problem.  You should not be ashamed.  Talk to your Mom about this.  Has this started up recently?  How long has it been going on?  There are a lot of things it could be...kidney troubles..bladder troubles.  This is important for you to talk to your Mother about.  I understand why you would think this is your fault and why there is shame connected to it..but, in this case it is different.

MEANWHILE..YES, get you some small Depends undergarmets...they are made for adults.  I don't think a childs pull ups would work for you.  You will have problems with urine in your mattress if you dont and you may still need to get your Mom to help you get it good and clean.

Are you going a lot during the day?

Do you wet more than once at night?

Do you have any burning or pain when you go to the bathroom?

Again, how long have you been wetting the bed at night?

  11. Dont be ashamed..tell your parents. They might take you to the doctor or something.

  12. My niece wets the bed. She is 8 and still wetting the bed.. You need to see a doctor about that . You could have a bladder problem.. Really see a doctor.... Good luck..
