Unfortunately most places don't hire anyone under 16 years of age, and those that do usually want you to have experience first. There lies the problem of how does one get experience if they don't want to hire you? Best to get a job through a friend. So if you know someone who works fast food or retail, perhaps you can apply there. Otherwise you might be a great babysitter in the meantime. Later in life the better places are done online like monster.com or careerbuilder.com, hotjobs.com, etc.

Search online for jobsearch sites. Google it for one in your area.

Make a resume and go to the mall and hand it out.
